The bolt shank (11) of a countersunk-head bolt (10) is provided with an inner shank part (16) and an outer shank part (17). The inner shank part (16) is provided with inner projections (19) and the outer shank part (17) is provided with outer projections (20) which are arranged on the circumference such that they are offset with respect to one another. When the countersunk-head bolt (10) is driven into a blind-end bore (13), the inner projections leave behind plastic deformations on the inner wall of said blind-end bore (13), said deformations being squeezed together again by the following, outer projections. ��
