Two circular cutters (6,7) are located for rotation in a plane extending at right-angles to the longitudinal axes of the frame arms (2,3). At least the one cutter shaft (17) is displaceable towards the shaft (8) of the other cutter to adjust a suitable gap between the cutter edges. Between the frame arms is a guide fillet (23) which extends at right-angles to the longitudinal direction of the arms, is movable along them, and is lockable in any desired position. This means that when it locates against the edge of a plaster plate it ensures a predetermined cutting width. The frame (1) is also connected to an operating hand grip by a draw bar (16). Support wheels (13,14) are positioned concentrically to the cutters and their external dia. is less than that of the cutters by double their cutting depth. |
