The invention relates to a sound and/or image carrier in tape form, the reel rollers of which have receptacles with drivers for the drive journals of a cassette tape apparatus. It has a housing (stator) which can be inserted into one of the receptacles and a lock core, which can be operated by a key. The lock core, rotatable with respect to the housing, has at least one radial projection, which in the effective state of the lock can be immovably connected to one of the drivers.
