<p>PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in heat radiating property of the titled ballast by a method wherein the ballast is installed by interposing a metallic corrugated plate between rubber bushings. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum corrugated plate 8 is interposed between a pair of rubber bushings 6 and 6. Also, a device main body 1, rubber bushings 6 and 6, the bottom plate 21 of a ballast 2, rubber bushings 7 and 7, and washers 9 and 9 are superposed, and nuts 10 are cramped on the mounting screws 5 which are passed through the above-mentioned materials. The crest part 82 and the valley part 83 of the corrugated plate 8 are gradually crushed into flat form as the fastening margin increases, and they are transformed into flat shape when cramping work is finished. Accordingly, as the area of contact between the corrugated plate can be enlarged, the ballast and the main body of the device can be made larger, a high degree of heat radiating effect can be obtained, and the temperature rise of the ballast can also be suppressed effectively.</p> |
