PURPOSE:To improve solderability to a nickel plating material, etc. by incorporating hydrohalogenide derived from halogenomonocarboxylic acid or halogenomonocarboxylic acid and amine into the solder. CONSTITUTION:The hydrohalogenide of amino acid is easily obtd. by bringing halogenomonocarboxylic acid such as monochloracetic acid or the like and amine such as allyl amine or the like into equiv. reaction. A rosin resin such as polymerized rosin is dissolved under heating into ethylene glycol, etc. and the hydrohalogenide is added thereto and the mixture is kneaded under adjustment of the viscosity by using a suitable viscosity adjusting agent. Powder is then added to the mixture and the mixture is kneaded to yield the cream solder. The hydrohalogenide is incorporated at 0.5-10wt% by the entire weight of the solder flux. The solderability to the nickel plating material, stainless steel material, etc. is considerably improved. |
