SOLUTION: In a camera having a trimming zoom function to obtain a pseudo-zoom effect by trimming a specified area within a pick-up image, the camera is set to a mode executing trimming zoom by a trimming zoom switching part 16. And during operation of a trimming zooming mode when an object moves from a frame of trimming zoom displayed by a display part 6 of the frame of the trimming zoom to the outside of the frame, a setting of the trimming zoom mode by the trimming zoom switching part 16 is cancelled. |
