The light-wave conductors (e.g. LWF1) are provided with ready-made connection devices (e.g. VA1) which are arranged inside the draw-in device (EV). The tension-resistant longitudinal element (ZL) of the optical cable (OC) is introduced into the inside of the draw-in device (EV) and connected thereto. In this manner, prefabricated light-wave conductor cables can be drawn into existing cable ducts or the like. <IMAGE>
