PURPOSE:To eliminate the breakage of piping even if temp. rises, in an analyzer using a thermostatic tank and a plastic tube, by reading the pressure resistance of the tube at measuring temp. and preventing the pressure of the tube from exceeding a pressure upper limit value. CONSTITUTION:An electrolyte eluate 1 is sent out and a specimen is injected from an injector 3 to be sent to a separation column 5, a suppressor 6 and a conductivity detector 7 to analyze the specimen. The range from the column 5 to the detector 7 is provided in a thermostatic tank 9 and a plastic tube is used as the piping 4 of a solution. Further, an operation apparatus 15 is provided in order to control the temp. of the thermostatic tank 9 and the pressure of the piping 4. When it was judged that a set pressure upper limit value exceeded the pressure resistance of the tube, a set error is outputted. When it was judged that the set pressure upper limit value is the pressure resistance of the tube or less, the upper limit value is rewritten and, when the set pressure upper limit value exceeds the pressure resistance at set temp., the upper limit value is rewritten. Therefore, even if the upper limit value is set by error, a phenomenon exceeding the pressure resistance of the tube is eliminated and the breakage of piping can be prevented. |
