PURPOSE:To facilitate checking work and to reduce its man hour by outputting circuit connection information in a voice and controlling an output display according to decision information in a voice. CONSTITUTION:A control part 1 is operated, and constitution data is transferred to a memory part 6 from a CAD system 2 so as to be stored. When a checker sees a circuit diagram and specifies an inherent pin through the microphone of a voice input part 3, the control part 1 takes out connection information relating to the inherent pin, transmits it to a voice output part 4 and outputs it from a speaker in a voice. When the inherent pin outputted in a voice by viewing the circuit diagram is connected to that inputted through the voice input part 3, a normal instruction is inputted from the voice input part 3, otherwise, an abnormality instruction is inputted through the voice input part 3. Moreover, when a holding instruction is inputted at the time of delaying decision till latter, it is displayed on a character display screen or printer paper.
