This invention relates to an improved method of producing blank precursors for cartons or trays of corrugated material (1, 4, 5) from the output of a corrugator (6, 7). According to the invention, adhesive material is applied (at 9) to selected areas of a facing sheet (4) of corrugated board material prior to its being cut (at 8) into blank precursors (10).
