PURPOSE:To enhance reliability by preventing the damage of a preamplifier due to external overvoltage and to enhance the operating ratio of an atomic power plant, by providing a switch for bypassing the signal from a detector to a common line from a transmission line at the time of calibration and inserting LPF in the signal transmission line of the detector in the preamplifier. CONSTITUTION:A switch 11 opened and closed in connection with a switch 10 is provided between the signal transmission line of a detector 1 and a common line and a rectifier of inverse polarity in the view from the switch 10 is mounted between the switch 10 and the switch 11. The signal from the side of the detector 1 is bypassed by the switch at the time of calibration while a calibration signal is prevented from flowing to the common line through the closed switch 11. LPF 4 is provided to the signal transmitting line from the detector 1 to the first stage of a preamplifier 2 and the inrush signal component contained in the output from the detector 1 is removed and discharged to the common line from the transmission line.
