It comprises vertical timber posts (3) fixed onto a slab and external concrete panels (1, 2) which are superimposed vertically between the posts and fixed to the latter. Each concrete panel has, along one of its lateral edges, a bearing flange (4), in contact in the service position with the external face of a vertical post, and along the opposite lateral edge, an overlapping flange (5), arranged in the service position on the bearing flange of an adjacent panel. The structure also comprises a fixing screw (11) holding the bearing and overlapping flanges respectively of two adjacent panels together against the said post. <IMAGE>
