<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to observe the mixing ratio and the density distribution of two kinds of liquid mixed gases in a very short time, by emitting luminous flux including the wavelength components of the absorbing wavelength regions of the liquids into the space in a container, and detecting the attenuations of the liquids in a picture element unit. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of liquids are sent to a nozzle 6a from containers 7 and 8 and injected into a container 6. Light beams from a light source 4, in which two lasers having different wavelengths are incorporated, are inputted into the container 6 through a transparent window 6b with the optical axis being shared. On the facing surface of the container 6, intake parts of optical fiber connecting means 9, which decompose the luminous flux that is attenuated differently depending on the transmitted parts in the space in the container into picture elements and extract them, the arranged in a matrix state. In the intake part, a filter, which only passes the detected wavelength, is arranged. Each output end surface of the optical fiber connecting means 9 is connected to the corresponding detector of a photoelectric conversion element group 10. The output of each detector is amplified and displayed on a monitor 13.</p> |
