PURPOSE:To prevent discrimination error of a data from a pilot signal by forming a transmission pattern where a non-signal surrounds before and after the data by a delayed time. CONSTITUTION:When a packet data D is inputted, the data is retarded by a prescribed time t1 by a pre-stage delay circuit 2 and the result is outputted to an OR circuit 12. On the other hand, when the data D is inputted to a data input detection circuit 4, a data input detection signal is outputted to a gate circuit 10 to close the gate of the circuit 10 and then the output of the pilot signal is interrupted. When the transmission of the data D is finished, the end of data is detected by a detection circuit 6 to output a data end detection signal. The said signal is retarded by a post-stage delay circuit 8 by a prescribed time t2 and outputted to release the gate of the gate circuit 10. Thus, the pilot signal is outputted from an OR circuit 12 after a prescribed time t2 elapses. Thus, the output transmission pattern is a pattern where before and after the data D are surrounded by the non-signal by the times t1, t2 delayed by the delay circuits 2, 8.
