发明名称 INJECTION MOLDING DEVICE FOR PLASTIC VESSEL HAVING NOZZLE INTEGRALLY
摘要 PURPOSE:To mold the plastic vessel, having a nozzle integrally, with high accuracy by a method wherein the outer frame body of the nozzle is provided movably upon injection molding from core supporting position to injection space forming position. CONSTITUTION:The tip end nozzle section 13 of the core body 10 is supported by the shoulder 28 of the outer frame body 24 of nozzle, which is abutted against the shoulder 16. In this case, a force for adhering and abutting between the shoulders 16, 28 is provided by an elastic spring 32. The resin is injected into the injecting space, however, the core body 10 is supported and, therefore, the injection space is maintained with high accuracy. When the space is filled with the resin in some degree, the core body 10 becomes not slanting by the layer and pressure of the resin in the tubular section of the vessel even when there is no support at the tip end of the core body 10. Then, the outer frame 24 of nozzle moves by the pressure of resin against the resilient force of the elastic spring 32 through the space of moving clearance 29 and whereby the injection space, communicating the tubular section of the vessel with the nozzle section of the same integrally, is formed between the shoulders 16, 28 and between the tubular section and the nozzle section and the resin is filled from the tubular section to the tip end of the nozzle section of the vessel.
