PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous operations of a semiconductor device by making the output level of each ECL circuit constant by a method wherein a resistor is added between a current switch constituting each ECL circuit and the power source line and the value of the resistor is set according to the place of each ECL circuit. CONSTITUTION:Resistors R100 and R100' are added between the current switches (transistors Q1-Q4, resistors R1-R3) constituting ECL circuits 1-1 and 1-2 and a power source line VCC 5 and the values of the resistors are set smaller at each time the ECL circuits are distanced from a power pad 4. By constituting in such a way, the output levels of the ECL circuits to be distanced from the power pad 4 are made higher and the output levels of the ECL circuits can be made uniformly. Accordingly, the erroneous operation of the device due to the output level of each ECL circuit being different from each other can be reduced. Moreover, as a bias voltage for logic can be uniformly impressed on every ECL circuit, the reliability of the device can be improved. |
