PURPOSE:To easily process core materials by simplifying manufacturing processes by a method in which a thermoplastic synthetic resin core material is softened by preheating and bent into a nearly U-shape, extruded, and vulcanized,and the molding is gradually cooled to a semi-hardened state, cut, and immediately bent into U-shape. CONSTITUTION:An ABS resin core material 14 is preheated to about 160 deg.C in a preheater 20A and bent into a shape of a smaller angle than U-shape and of V-shaped upside by a bending machine 20B. The core material 14, along with solid rubber and spongy rubber, is integrally molded by extrusion by an extruder 3. The core material 14 and rubbers are heated to 120-150 deg.C in a high-frequency dielectric heater 5 and passed through a hot-air tank 6 of 200-220 deg.C for vulcanization. They are then gradually cooled to about 100 deg.C in a gradual cooler tank 90 to a semi-hardened state, broken in a core material separator 9, immediately bent into U-shape by a bending machine 10, and cooled in a cold-air blower 10B to obtain a stabilized product. |
