PURPOSE:To prevent a fed form from jamming owing to irregularity of forms in aligning by providing a sensor which detects the irregularity to a stack tray where forms are stacked after one-surface copying and stopping feeding forms from the stack tray when the sensor is in a detection state. CONSTITUTION:A form after having one surface copied is stacked in the stack tray 3 so that the front end of the form is at a position (normal position) which is set a distance A ahead of a paper feed roller 3 in a paper feeding direction. Then, the sensor 4 which detects the irregularity of rear ends of forms is provided at a position which is a distance l (<=A) behind the rear end of the form 1 at the normal position. When the sensor 4 is in a detection state, the feed of a form 1 from the stack tray 3 by the paper feed roller 2 is stopped and a display indicating that the sensor 4 is in the detection state (namely, urging the rearrangement of the forms 1 in the stack tray 3, for example) is made on an operation panel which is not shown in a figure. |
