PURPOSE:To omit a separately equipped passcode input device and to facilitate to change a passcode by providing a write switch to a storage circuit and using a pushbutton input section of the titled device so as to store the passcode to the storage circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pushbutton signal from a pushbutton input device 1 is detected by a detection circuit 3, a passcode input signal from the detection circuit 3 is inputted and processed by a control circuit 4 and the passcode is stored from the control circuit 4 to the storage circuit 5. When the pushbutton input device 1 inputs the passcode while the write switch 8 is turned off, a pushbutton signal is detected by the detection circuit 3. The passcode input signal from the detection circuit 3 is inputted to the control circuit 4, where the signal is compared with the passcode stored in advance in the storage circuit 5, and when the both are coincident, a control signal is outputted to an output circuit 6. The output circuit 6 is operated by the control signal and outputs a require output signal externally.
