The present invention relates to an electrolyte which comprises a polymer changed to a ceramic by heat as an electrolyte additive, thereby forming a polymer-derived ceramic by converting a phase from the polymer into the ceramic through a cross linked and ceramic process when the temperature of a cell is increased by overheating, preventing ignition by absorbing heat in the process, and having flame-retardant which does not be burned well even beyond the predetermined temperature, thereby securing safety of the cell.
