PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency and instantaneousity by using a communication line to load a voice data from a center equipment to a voice reply service equipment in the voice data loading system by an audio response service in an automatic telephone exchange. CONSTITUTION:A system is provided with a digital voice data forming device (ADE) 11, a digital voice data transfer equipment (DTE) 12, public networks (NW) 13, 141-14n, and audio response equipments (ARE) 151-15n. The digital voice data formed by the ADE 11 of the center is transferred to the DTE 12, the DTE 12 makes connection via the ARE 15i, the NW 13 and the NW 14i to transfer the digital voice data to the ARE 15i. A medium stored with a digital voice data file is not required, the time for transportation is reduced and the instantaneousity is improved.
