The invention relates to a drum for centrifugal separators, the main parts of which, the drum lower part and the drum cover, are clamped together axially by a threaded ring situated radially internally in the drum lower part. The aim of the invention is to exclude that the play between drum lower part and the threaded ring situated radially internally for connection to the drum cover increases in the operating state and the threaded ring is displaced eccentrically.
