PURPOSE:To obtain continuously rolled noodle SUSHI without requiring hands,by transferring beltlike materials in the longer direction from rolled materials of the beltlike materials, laying seasoned noodles, etc., and cutting a rolled and formed bar material at given intervals. CONSTITUTION:The beltlike materials 2 such as eggroll, thin sea tangle, etc. (and the laver 9) are transferred by the belt conveyor 1, a fixed amount of the seasoned noodles 10 is fed to the beltlike material at the noodle feed part and laid on the beltlike material 2 (and the laver 9). The SUSHI matter 11 is placed on the noodles 10 at the central part in the width direction at the SUSHI matter feed part, seasoning is dropped, the beltlike materials 2 are formed into a bar shape at the rolling and forming part 7 by joining both the ends of the front part in the width direction. This bar material is cut in round slices at given intervals at the cutting part.
