MEASURING SENSOR FOR MAGNETIC-INDUCTIVE FLOWMETER

The sensor consists of a measurement tube (3) mounted in a steel housing (1) and fitted with measurement electrodes (5). On the measurement tube (3) are mounted two magnetic coils (6) diametrically opposite one another. The magnetic coils are fitted with a bolt-like coil cores (7) which has a saddle-like base (10) lying against the measurement tube (3). Flange-like arms (12) are mounted on the forward end (11) of the coil core (7) in order to achieve simpler fixing of the magnetic coil (6) in the steel housing (1). The position of these arms (12) in the steel housing (1) is determined by supporting shoulders (29). The winding coil (14) is subdivided into two half dish-formed coil components (15, 16), which are wound around the coil core and secured by means of catch bolt (22). The coil wire (17) is wound on the winding coil (14) fixed to the magnet coil (6).
