PURPOSE:To reduce low cycle fatigue of a rotor disc by introducing cooling air into a turbine rotor blade after forming a cooling passage cavity by means of a rotor disc cover provided on an intermediate rotating shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rotor disc cover 69 covering a rotor disc 45 is provided on an intermediate rotating shaft 37 to form a cooling passage cavity 67. The cooling air from the center hole 41 of the intermediate rotating shaft 37 is introduced to a turbine rotor blade 50A through the cooling passage cavity 67 and cooling air passage holes 83A, 85. Then as forming of a center hole on a turbine rotor 33 is not necessary, low cycle fatigue of the rotor disc 45 can be reduced.
