PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent weld strength, notched Izod impact strength, etc. and suitable for use in the production of electrical parts, by mixing a polycarbonate resin, an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride copolymer and a modified polyolefin. CONSTITUTION:A polycarbonate resin (A) (e.g. an arom. polycarbonate resin composed of bisphenol A), a copolymer (B) (e.g. styrene/maleic anhydride copolymer or acrylonitrile/maleic anhydride copolymer) composed of a compd. selected from arom. vinyl compd., unsaturated nitrile compd. and unsaturated carboxylate ester and an unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride, and a modified polyolefin (C) are mixed together to obtain the desired thermoplastic resin compsn. Examples of the modified polyolefins are an ethylene/glycidyl acrylate copolymer and an ethylene/acrylic acid copolymer. |
