PURPOSE:To make it possible to supply always supply water of the same temperature by controlling capacity for first and second refrigerators connected in series based on the operation conditions that correspond to loading. Return water temperature T3 and T1SP are given to a subtraction unit 63 and a conversion calculator 64 issues a signal to indicate T2SP based on the calculation of T3-T1SP=DELTAT, and the signal is given to the control arithmetic unit 62 through a selector 65. During independent operation of FR2, the selector 65 selects T1SP and issues this as T2SP. If T1SP<T2SP is taken, the capacities of FR1 and FR2 are determined by the relation, T1=T1SP<T2=T2SP during simultaneous operation, and for independent operation of FR2 the capacity of FR2 is determined for T1=T2=T1SP and always supply water of the same temperature is supplied to LE 4.
