PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent long-term heat resistance, water resistance, etc., by blending a white filler with an acrylic rubber composed of an (alkoxy)alkyl acrylate and an unsaturated carboxylate ester. CONSTITUTION:An acrylic rubber having a composition consisting of 60-99.9wt% alkyl acrylate and/or alkoxy acrylate (A), 20-0.1wt% dihydrodicyclopentenyl group-contg. ester of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or ethylidene-norbornyl group-contg. ester of an unsaturated carboxylic acid (B) and 0-20wt% compd. (C) selected from among other monovinyl, monovinylidene and monovinylene compds. is prepd. 20-200pts.wt. white filler (e.g. clay) is blended with 100pts.wt. acrylic rubber to obtain the desired acrylic rubber compsn.
