PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition containing polyalkylene oxide phosphoric acid, etc., and a fatty acid or higher alcohol, etc., having a chain of odd carbon number, giving natural gloss to the hair and having hair-growing effect. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition contains (A) 0.1-5.0% phosphoric acid ester such as polyalkylene oxide phosphoric acid, polyoxyalkylphenyl ether phosphoric acid, alkenylphosphoric acid, etc., or its partial or complete neutralization product and (B) 1-5% compound selected from a fatty acid having a chain of odd carbon number, its derivative, a higher alcohol having a chain of odd carbon number and its derivative. The composition gives excellent gloss to the hair and exhibits excellent hair-growing effect by using in either a rinsing-type or a non-rinsing hair cosmetic. |
