PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in the operating efficiency of a winding machine by a method wherein the lead-out wire, which is not connected and fixed to the terminal provided on a coil bobbin, is led out to out side of a flange part through the intermediary of a notched part, and it is wound on the protrusion located outside the flange part aparting from the wound core and the like of the winding machine. CONSTITUTION:Flange parts 7 and 8 are formed on the outer circumference of both end parts of the cylindrical body part 6 on which the winding 3 of a coil 2 located on the outer circumference of a coil bobbin 1 is wound. The notched part 9, with which the coil 2 is led out, is formed at least on one of the flange parts 7 and 8, and a protrusion 10 on which the lead-out wire 3b of the coil 2 is wound around at the position corresponding to the outer circumference of the body part 6 when the winding 3 of the coil 2 is wound, is formed on the outside part of the flange part 7. When the winding is going to be performed on the bobbin 1, as the lead-out wire which is not connected and fixed to the terminal provided on the bobbin 1, is fixed to the bobbin 1 without immediately detached from the winding machine,the coil bobbin is immediately detached from the winding machine when the winding work by the winding machine is finished and the next coil bobbin is attached to the winding machine, thereby enabling to enhance the operating efficiency of the winding machine. |
