PURPOSE:To obtain the titled circuit possible for low voltage operation, suitable for circuit integration, with simple circuit constitution and less power consumption, high accuracy and wide signal input condition while output fluctuation due to temperature is compensated simply by connecting four transistors (TR) differentially and applying an input signal between based of the 3rd and 4th TRs. CONSTITUTION:Emitters of the 1st-4th TRs Q21-Q24 having equal characteristic and polarity are connected in common to a current source I1, the 1st DC potential V2 is fed to the bases of the 1st and 2nd TRs Q21, Q22, and the input signal Vin is fed between the bases of the 3rd and 4th TRs Q23, Q24. Then the 2nd DC potential V1 is fed respectively to the common collector of the 1st and 2nd TRs Q21, Q22 and the common collector of the 3rd and 4th TRs Q23, Q24 via the 1st and 2nd resistors R11, R12. Thus, the titled circuit is obtained, where the limit to the amplitude of the input signal is less, the fluctuation due to temperature is compensated simply with high accuracy, less power consumption and simple constitution suitable for circuit integration, which is operated sufficiently even with a high frequency of the input signal at a low voltage.
