PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of idling time in time cycle by providing horizontally a hydraulic cylinder on the upper end of the heading slider which is provided movably before and behind on upsetter, and by moving horizontally the stopper guide provided with stopper plate and window for mandrel passing. CONSTITUTION:The hydraulic cylinder 23 to be provided horizontally via support 22 on the heading slide 21 which is movable before and behind and the shaft 24 to be provided in parallel to the hydraulic cylinder 23 with slipping off some phases are provided. The stopper guide 25 to be connected detachably and attachably to the hydraulic cylinder 23 and to be suspended freely slidably thereto is fitted on shaft 24 and the spacer 27 for removing the stopper is fitted to the stopper guide sliding part, then. Further the window 31 for the mandrel passing and freely attachable and detachable stopper plate 32 are provided on the stopper guide 25.
