PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform the mounting and detachment of a holder by an one-touch system, by providing a gap for mounting a collection membrane fixing holder between objective solution flow pipes opposed to each other and holding the holder between the fixed hermetically closing lid of one flow pipe and the movable hermetical closing lid of the other pipe. CONSTITUTION:A ring shaped fixed hermetical closing lid 13 is fixed to the outer periphery of the flow pipe 12 in the outflow side of an objective solution to be mea sured and a receiving tray 14 is integrally molded to the lower part thereof. A ring shaped movable hermetical closing lid 16, a freely advancing and retracting spring press ring 17 and a coil shaped press spring 18 are mounted to the outside of the flow pipe 11 in the inflow side of said objective solution. In performing the collection of fine particles in a liquid, a clamp ring 19 is loosened to be detached from the hermetical closing lid 13 and the hermetical closing lid 16 is drawn toward the flow pipe 11 against the spring 18 to open the hermetical closing lids 13, 16 and a collection membrane fixing holder 22 is mounted to the gap (a) between both lids 13, 16 and the ring 9 is again screwed to fix the holder 22 in a state held between the hermetical closing lids 13, 16. In this state, a solution is passed from the flow pipe 11 to the flow pipe 12 to collect fine particles by a collection membrane 25. In detaching the holder 22, the operation reverse to that at the time of mounting is performed.
