摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent a device to be protected from malfunctioning in case of an abnormal voltage drop and to perform the device recovery automatically when the voltage recovers by comparing the voltage of an electric energy storage means which is controlled with a signal from the device to be protected with a high and a low reference voltage of a reference voltage means connected to a power source and the voltage of a power source respectively. CONSTITUTION:The electric energy storage means consists of resistors R1-R3, a transistor (TR) Q1, a diode D1, and a capacitor C1 and is controlled with the signal from the device to be protected, thereby outputting the voltage signal 12 of the capacitor C1. This signal 12 is compared by comparators 5, 6, and 7 with signals 13 and 14 of the high and low reference voltages of the reference voltage means consisting of resistors R4-R7 connected to a power source and the source voltage +V respectively to output a detection signal S1 for the on detection of the power source, a signal S3 for the abnormal voltage drop detection of the power source, and a signal S4 of the detection of the abnormal voltage drop detection time of the power source.
