PURPOSE:To improve safety by making a pressure accumulator tank, a coating roller and a hand pump of a synthetic resin to reduce the weight and providing a safety pressure-reducing valve to the pressure accumulator tank. CONSTITUTION:The cylinder 21 of a plastic hand pump 20 having a stopper rib 31 is inserted into a plastic pressure accumulator tank 1 and closed with a cap 36. The tank 1 is connected to a plastic coating roller with a hose 42. Besides, a tank rib 9 having a notched part 8 is formed at the mouth part of the tank 1 and a small protruded rib to be inserted into the notched part 8 is provided to the cylinder 21 above the rib 31. The mouth part of the tank 1 is threaded so that the cap 36 is screwed in to close the mouth part and the leading end part of the spiral protruding line of the thread is not positioned at the outer periphery of the notched part 8 on the plane. A safety pressure reducing valve 12 is provided to the tank 1. Consequently, the weight of a paint vessel is reduced and safety is secured.
