<p>A table work surface (61) is supported within a frame (62) by four passive but height regulated vibration isolation elements (63) are located near the corners of the table. Six velocity sensing geophones (64-69) are mounted on the table (61) with their axes of motion-sensing aligned to sense the individual components of the six degrees of freedom.
