PURPOSE:To control uniformly blowing and to control uniformly the blowing region by providing energy toward the flow passage on the downstream side of a contracting and expanding nozzle provided at the flow passage including the inside of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A contracting and expanding nozzle 1 is provided at the flow passage. The energy of rays of various wavelengths and electron beam such as microwaves and other electromagnetic waves, UV rays, infrared rays and a laser beam is provided toward the flow passage on the downstream side of the contracting and expanding nozzle including the inside of the nozzle. Consequently, focused energy can be provided, the energy can be uniformly afforded all over and the spotting and loss are reduced. Besides, uniformly dispersed fine particles can be transferred as a supersonic beam and hence fine particles can be independently transferred in the space at supersonic speed. Accordingly, the active fine particles can be surely transferred under such conditions to a collecting position and the blowing region can be precisely controlled by controlling the surface to be irradiated with the beam.
