PURPOSE:To isolate a shock by a crusher, which disturbs stability, continuity, etc. in forming extended film, by arranging a flywheel, having sufficient inertia force, between a driving roll and a driving motor. CONSTITUTION:When a shock of a crusher 27 is transmitted to trimmings 20b for a stenter and rotary torque, is transmitted to a driving roll 1 through the trimmings 20b for stenter, said torque is transmitted to a flywheel 6 through a clutch 7. The flywheel 6, having large moment of inertia, generates no large change in a speed even if the torque is applied to the flywheel, providing the action tending to rotate at a fixed speed and causing the driving roll 1 also to rotate at a fixed speed, while trimmings 25b for a stenter positioned upstream from the driving roll 1 being set to almost fixed tension so as to be stably pulled off and a film winder can perform stably continuous operation. |
