<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a serious accident by performing normal diagnosing by using a controlling current value at the time of forming the closed-loop servosystem of a rolling reduction device, detected before or during rolling, as well as inputting a reference wave signal to the device to perform the special diagnosing of the abnormality of the device at regular time intervals. CONSTITUTION:In normal diagnosing; the deviation quantities of a drift quantity, dither current and frequency overlapped on a control current, with respect to set values, are detected by detecting the control current at the time of forming a closed-loop position servosystem, during rolling or before rolling, by a control board 7, to confirm whether an abnormal state is produced or not by comparing the deviation quantities with respective allowable values. In special diagnosing performed at regular time intervals; the abnormality is diagnosed by inputting, for instance, a stepped-form reference value for the closed-loop positioned servosystem of a hydraulic rolling reduction. In this way, a serious accident due to the defective characteristics of the rolling reduction device is prevented.</p> |
