PURPOSE:To provide the titled composition having specific melt index and volume resistivity and excellent electrical conductivity and fluidity, by compounding a specific polyethylene with a resin-coated carbon black and a specific resin-coated graphite at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition having a melt index of 1-10g/10min measured at 250 deg.C under the load of 21.6kg and a volume resistivity of <=0.5OMEGAcm is produced by compounding (A) 100pts.(wt.) of a polyolefin having a melt index of 6-25g/10min, preferably 7-20g/10min with (B) 20-50pts., preferably 30-40pts. of resin-coated carbon black and (C) 20-120pts., preferably 25-110pts. of resin-coated graphite having an average graphite particle diameter of 1-100mum, preferably 5-80mum. The sum of the components B and C is 50-160pts., preferably 60-150pts.
