PURPOSE:To enhance the uniformity and preservation stability of ink by reducing the error of preparation and the change in a mixing condition and preventing the entrapment of air, by enabling the continuous preparation and mixing of ink in a hermetically closed system. CONSTITUTION:To a plurality of stock material containers T1-T4 for sending out ink stock materials in a predetermined compounding ratio, a flow-through type mixer M for mixing ink stock materials sent from the stock material containers during passage therethrough is connected as a series of a hermetically closed system. As a result, because preparation and mixing are continuously performed and it is unnecessary to newly set a mixing ratio or a mixing condition each time as shown in a conventional batch system, there is no possibility for bringing about a large preparation error or the variation in the mixing condition. Therefore, the properties of the prepared ink are stable and the uniformity of the ink is enhanced. Further, because the process from the preparation to the mixing is performed in a series of the hermetically closed system, there is no possibility such that dissolved oxygen in the prepared ink increase at the time of preparation and mixing and the ink excellent in preservation stability can be obtained. |
