PURPOSE:To improve the operability at the time of replacing and setting webs, and to reduce the required space by separately forming a support member for a web feed auxiliary roller and a support member for a web pressing plate, so that only one support member is operated to press the web and the auxiliary roller. CONSTITUTION:At the time of installing a web 23, a claw 12 is detached from a fixed table 13 to turn a support member 9 on a shaft 10. A support member 8 is a little turned by elastic force of a spring 21 to separate a feed roller 20 and an auxiliary roller 2 from each other. In such a condition, after a web 23 is set, the support member 9 is turned in the returning direction, so that a shaft 17 is brought into contact with the surface B of the support member 8. When the support member 8 is further turned, a spring 18 is compressed. With such compression, the support member 8 is turned to bring the auxiliary roller 2 into contact with the feed roller 20. The movement of the support member 9 is further continued to hook the claw 12 on the fixed table 13, whereby the support member 9 is fixed. Thus, at the time of replacing and setting the web 23, only the support member 9 to which a pressing plate 7 and the like are fixed may be turned, and it is not necessary to move the auxiliary roller 2.
