PURPOSE:To lower a seat position and made a car level go down, by constituting a side member rear not to be projected more downward than the backside of a floor panel at a position of this floor panel where a seat is installed, but installing it in a lower part of a tunnel part. CONSTITUTION:At a lower floor 13 where a seat 60 is installed, a side member rear 50 is installed in the backside of a lower part of a tunnel part 30 so as not to be projected more downward than the backside by means of welding. And, the front end is bent outward, passing through the backside of an upper floor 11, and connected to a side member front 40. Thus, the side member rear 50 is installed in the lower part of the tunnel part 30 whereby the backside of the lower floor 13 of a floor panel 10 can be set to a minimum ground clearance part so that height of the seat 60 to the ground is reducible, lowering a roof and making a car level go down, thus such a car body as being low in the center of gravity and excellent in kinetic performance is securable. |
