发明名称 DETECTION OF THICKNESS AND DESCENDING SPEED OF BLAST FURNACE CHARGE
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect the thickness and descending speed of the raw material layer in a blast furnace by providing >=3 pieces of temp. detecting ends part at prescribed distances in the raw material descending direction in the blast furnace and detecting a phase difference from the change of a temp. difference. CONSTITUTION:>=3 Pieces of thermometers 2, 3, 4 are installed apart at a prescribed distance DELTAl in the blast furnace 1. The temps. detected at respective detecting ends 2a-4a and the distance in the raw material descending direction between the detecting ends are inputted to a data processing unit 5. The phase differences of the temp. difference levels are detected from the change of the temp. differences between >=2 detected temps. The raw material descending speed is calculated form the phase difference and the distance between the detecting ends. The thickness of an ore layer and the thickness of a coke layer are determined from the raw material descending speed and the time when the materials pass the ends 2a-4a. The charge distribution is optimized by such detecting method, by which the molten iron components are made uniform and a fuel ratio is decreased.
