Hand winder for winding and unwinding of a line, cable or the like and comprising a handle portion and a carrier portion for carrying the line or cable (5). In order to provide for a simple fast and powerful retraction and winding of the line (5) but also a similarly fast, simple and reliable pay-out of the line when required, it is suggested according to the invention that the carrier portion comprises two parallel carrier studs (1) in mutually spaced relationship, said studs each at one end being secured to one end of a pay-out handle (2), included in the handle portion, and protruding freely therefrom, and in that the handle portion comprises a pull-in handle (3), arranged in parallel spaced relationship to the pay-out handle (2) and the longitudinal axis of which substantially intersects the central perpendicular line to each of the carrier studs (1). |
