PURPOSE:To prevent a director from moving between his desk and terminal equipments and to eliminate labor by providing a terminal equipment exclusively used for the director to know the contents of the dealing in the office of director himself and to approve the dealing required director's approval. CONSTITUTION:A dealing picture plane is displayed on a display section 32 of a general terminal 3, a required items are inputted and an input key is inputted, then, a terminal transmitting message 10 edited in a control section 30 is transmitted to a central unit 1. The central unit 1 examines whether these is a data required for the approval of the director in the terminal transmitting message 10 or not and when the approval is required, registers a file device 23 as director approval file code 40. A terminal control device 2 operates a buzzer of a terminal equipment 4 exclusively used for the director displays a director approval request mark. The director inputs a guide number and presses down a guide key, then, a director collating picture plane is displayed on the display section 32. The director verifies the input data, makes the director card read, presses a transmitting key if said data is approvable to execute a director approval operation. |
