PURPOSE:To obtain a fluid valve, which can damp a vibration of fluid in accordance with a level of the vibration, by arranging a movable permanent magnet or electromagnet in the vicinity of a part changing a flow path area and charging the inside of said changing part with magnetic fluid. CONSTITUTION:When a permanent magnet 5 is placed in a position with a maximum flow path area, the part of magnetic fluid 6, having a wide fluid passage, provides almost no fluid resistance. When the permanent magnet 5 is placed in a position where the flow path area is started to change, the flow path area of fluid decreases narrowing by the magnetic fluid 6. While a fluid valve, when the permanent magnet 5 is positioned in the minimum flow path area, closes a flow path of the fluid by the magnetic fluid 6. If a vibration is given to the magnet 5, the fluid valve,displaying an orifice effect, damps a vibration given to the fluid. And the fluid valve, if the vibration is in a large level, stops circulation of the fluid by closing the flow path.
