<p>The wick holder (1) is in the form of a filament. It has a foot (4) and a part for holding the wick (5) (especially by its lower end (2a)), and is heat resistant. The candle (3) has a combustible body, a wick (2) embedded in the combustible body and clearly emerging from it, and a wick holder described above, also embedded in the bottom of the combustible body. To manufacture the wick holder, the starting point is a portion of a filament cut to length.
