PURPOSE:To make decoding easy by removing bits, which are not common to groups, of addresses from the address comparison object in case of group broadcast. CONSTITUTION:A reception destination address of transmission data is first inputted to a decoder 9 and a V bit detector 11. Though '0' or '1' is determined for inversion of the center of a bit cell in the decoder 9, bits V which are not determined as '0' or '1' are decoded properly and are inputted to a shift register 10 successively. The V bit detector 11 outputs '0' and '1' successively for bits inverted in the center of the bit cell and bits which are not inverted there respectively and inputs them to a shift register 12. Though the output of the shift register 10 is compared with a set address of this station itself by a comparator 13, only bits of '0' is compared with respect to the output of the shift register 12, and an address coincidence signal is outputted in case of coincidence to receive transmission data thereafter.
