PURPOSE:To enhance the cooling effect of an infrared detector, by providing a shield part for shielding heat convection to the back surface of a cooling plate. CONSTITUTION:A protruded part 20 is provided to the back surface of a cooling plate 6 and a heat insulating material 150 is arranged thereto to shield not only heat radiation but also heat conducted to the heat insulating material 150. By arranging the heat insulating material 150, a heat insulating part is enlarged by a length (l) shown in a drawing. Therefore, radiation is shielded and sufficient heat isolation effect is simultaneously obtained. By this simple constitution, the thermal isolation from a condensing lens part 12 i performed and the cooling effect of an infrared detector 13 can be enhanced. |
